Shipping & Delivery

ORDER PROCESS

Jos-âner ships orders from our third-party logistic Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipping. Order delivery time depends on shipment courier and destination. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, and/or delays due to customs. Jos-âner delivers to most countries (Please refer to below "Shipping Regions" for more information). Please allow 24 hours for your tracking link and tracking number to update.

PRE-ORDER

For items listed as pre-order, please expect delivery within the delivery date window stated in the product description. For more information on your pre-order, please inquire at josaner.label@gmail.com. 

SHIPPING 

All orders and shipments placed with us online will be processed and shipped via our third-party logistic. We offer free expedited shipping to Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan. Standard shipping that takes 7-14 days is available as our primary free shipping option. Expedited shipping option is available for orders under $300 USD with additional fee at checkout. Free expedited shipping is ONLY valid on orders over $300 USD. Any pending payment authorization and verification might delay your order.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation on your order with a tracking link and number. 4 points tracking will be available for standard shipping service. Full tracking will be available for expedited shipping service.

Jos-âner is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

We currently ship to Hong Kong, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Canada, Cambodia, Japan, South Korea, The Mainland China, Macao, Taiwan, Indonesia, Israel, Lebanon, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia,  Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Mexico, Brazil and South Africa.

P.O. BOXES

Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address, we will reach out to you via e-mail to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.

TAXES & DUTIES

Quoted international shipping fess do not include custom & duty fees. Customer is responsible for all customs & duty fees. Please note that in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country and we are unable to control these costs or predict their amount. If you refuse a shipment from Jos-âner, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred by the package, and the cost of returning the package to Jos-âner.
